Summary
Once upon a time, there was a boy in a village who always acted cheeky. He confidently declared, "The adults' words have nothing to do with me!" and prioritized playful antics. The adults watched him with sighs, quietly keeping an eye on him.
One day, the boy found a small well in a corner of the village. "Oh, this looks interesting!" he exclaimed as he tried to balance himself on the edge of the well, but he accidentally lost his balance and fell in with a splash. "Help! Someone, help!" he shouted, but the villagers around him ignored his cries.
"Why isn't anyone helping me?" the boy panicked. He remembered how he had been rude and troublesome to the villagers and trembled with fear. "Oh no, I’ve really done something awful..." he was filled with regret.
For a long time, the boy spent his time alone in the well, just praying for help to arrive. Eventually, his friends noticed and came running. "Hey, it looks like that guy fell into the well!" His friends hurried to help him, but they hesitated as they remembered his past attitude. "But he always ignored us..." they felt conflicted.
Still, his friends decided to work together to rescue him. "Alright, let's pull him up together!" After a special effort, the boy was finally pulled out of the well and was able to return to the village.
Back on solid ground, the boy looked at his friends with heartfelt gratitude. "Thank you so much... from now on, I'll get along better with everyone!" He promised himself to reflect on his actions and cherish a humble attitude.
