Summary
Once upon a time, there was a small girl in a village. She always wore a red hooded cloak, so she was called "Little Red Riding Hood." One day, her mother asked her to deliver some sweets to her grandmother. On her way, Little Red Riding Hood had to pass through a forest, but her mother had warned her not to talk to strangers.
In the forest, Little Red Riding Hood encountered a cunning wolf. The wolf tricked Little Red Riding Hood into revealing the location of her grandmother's house and raced ahead to get there first. Upon arriving, the wolf devoured the grandmother and lay in bed wearing her clothes.
Innocently, Little Red Riding Hood arrived at her grandmother's house and wondered at the "grandmother" lying in bed. When she asked, "Why do you have such big eyes?" the wolf replied, "So I can see you better." Similarly, when she asked, "Why do you have such big ears?" the wolf answered, "So I can hear your voice better." Finally, when she asked, "Why do you have such big teeth?" the wolf replied, "To eat you!" and, in a terrifying moment, swallowed Little Red Riding Hood whole.
However, fortunately, a passing hunter heard a ringing sound from inside the house. When he entered, he cut open the wolf's belly and rescued Little Red Riding Hood and her grandmother. They escaped from inside the wolf together and returned safely to their former lives.
The moral of this story is the importance of being cautious around strangers. It also suggests that curiosity can sometimes lead to danger and teaches the importance of obeying parental advice.
