Summary
Once upon a time, there lived a crab in a certain place. One day, while the crab was on its way home and found a rice ball on the road, it was called to stop by a monkey. The monkey had a persimmon seed and craved the rice ball, so it forcibly took the rice ball from the crab and exchanged it for the persimmon seed.
The crab planted the seed in its garden and watered it every day. Years later, the persimmon tree grew tall and bore a lot of fruit. However, the monkey came again, climbed the tree, and ate all the persimmons. Moreover, the monkey threw persimmons at the crab, and eventually, the crab passed away.
The crab's children vowed to take revenge on their mother and asked their friends—a mortar, a bee, a needle, and a chestnut—for help. They hid in the house while the monkey was away and waited for it to return.
When the monkey came back and sat in front of the hearth, a roasted chestnut burst on its backside. "Ouch!" the monkey shouted and tried to open a container with medicine inside. At that moment, the bee flew out and stung the monkey on the shoulder. "Ouch!" the monkey shouted and escaped to the water jar.
At that time, the crabs came out from below and began to climb up the monkey's body.
